Item selling sites are going to make a killing from these people.
Many of the people on jsp have forgotten what it takes to truly play d2, and will quickly lose interest in the game when they can't afford the runes. If bots are a niche thing, I'm more than happy with the few people on jsp that have access to bots making fg off of it, as long as the rest of the community is forced to play clean. Very few people outside of the community that actually codes these bots will be willing to be banned for a second, third, fourth time in a short amount of time. If in the first few months blizzard just slams hard bans on people they catch hacking / botting etc it will go a long way to keeping the servers clean for a long while. Hopefully Blizzard throws out some bans quick. I do think eventually there will be a maphack and possibly even an auto tele released fairly shortly.
